Tern 4 reflection 2019

This term we have been practising for concert  This year we are doing a Queen mash up I am in 3 dances and they are bohemian rhapsody and I want it all and don,t stop me now. those are the three that I am in.
Also this term we have been doing heroes of social change my person was Jesus because he made us have peace in the world and he was born in Bethlehem.
And in this part of the term in December of course we have been doing Christmas activity's like colouring in and making 3 D Christmas trees out of paper.
This term we have also been doing Halloween activity,s on  Halloween which is our amazing librarians birthday and her name is Mrs Costello and she is running summer learning journey for the west coast in the south island.

Maths blog post by Jacob this is what i have learnt in the past few weeks that I have been in term 4 already this year has gone quick but I have still learnt a lot this year and this has been the best year yet.

This is what i have learnt Fractions and learnt how to manage my money and get a big savings account and how to invest money and a lot more than this.

Here are some answers that you might be able to work out this is beginners.

Investing money.

And the bills all add up to 10.000$ a week and you will have to work out the bills and all the money you need for 10 weeks you only have to do the bills for the 10 weeks and the hust and the interest adding on to that.

Jack o Mandarins

Hello everyone I am Jacob and yesterday we done Halloween activity's. It was fun we learned what people made real pumpkins and how to make them.We used mandarins and we made them look cool and our cool teacher Mr,s Gully made a cool name for them Jack o Mandarin.They looked like real pumpkins. They where to make all the evil spirits to be scared and not make the other people become a evil spirit.This was one of our cool activity,s tune in next time for more cool activity,s like this.

The hollow woods Game

Today we done Halloween games and we and to make a story about a scary thing that would happen and a thing about a puzzle like kinda thing this is my groups story.

Once there was a Gremlin who stumbled upon two large ancient gates. He decided to walk through them up the stone steps to a mysterious stone wall. The Gremlin thought the mirror was a door but it wasn’t, but he saw something, It was a girl who looked dead! He thought she might have been a player to but she failed the path. He decided to start the path. What will happen next?

Windows to the past pathways to the future

This year we have been doing theme called windows to the past pathways to the future and this term we are doing two things,s related to this on us Prep and one is Wearable arts. My group has my two friends in it you might want to go check out there blogs as well there names are George and Jake. They have been doing some amazing work this week and year.

For Prep I am going to be in the bank and I had to do my C.V. and that was hard work to do it took me about an hour to complete them they are good and I hope to be posting about my prep as the term goes on.

This term I will also be doing this thing called movie maker week and I will be doing it as a group my group will be George and Jake. We will try to make a cool video and I will post it on my blog in the future.

School Rules

This week we have been learning about some school rules the big one is manaakitanga and so I will be telling you a bit about them. One of the main things for manaakitanga is that we be kind to each other and always be really kind to the kids in our class who have disabilities.

The next main rule is helping out how we do it in our class is we always be kind to the people that are down and when they are sad. We are always kind and we will always try to make the day gets better for them.

Hi today i will be talking about my maths reflection for this term.

This term we have been doing angles. it was so fun I learnt how to do angles for the first time.

Also this term we have been doing perimeter and area that was so fun i want to learn it again.

This term everyone in my class has learnt and are getting better as they go at everything. This term i have also been getting really good at maths and i know mostly every skill.

Blue Hat,Thinking about Thinking I think that the story needs more content and it needs more interesting details it also needs to have more things like more characters and more of the people doing stuff like detail beng like that was mine and the character starts chasing the person down the street and the characters get away and only just get to the soccer teams game before they start.

The new ideas should be that the story should be longer not to long and I think that the story should have more characters so more people can be in the play and there should be more of an argument of this story of the main characters.

Black Hat, Facts  I think this story should have been longer and a little more interesting i also think that kids would like this story .

The good things about this story is that it is like comedy and it is so funny and it is also a bit of romance and the captain of the soccer team ends up being a slave for a day and asking someone out from the main character and he ends she ends up going out with the captain of the soccer team.The main character wants their money back but he is too scared to chase them because he has butterflies in his tummy. He is afraid because he can not speak to his crush. He is in love with nattile the character who goes out with the captain of the soccer team but he will not give up he will try to get her back by following them until they break up.

Plot Summary.

The book is a good book I would like to read more plays like this be acting in them hopefully they are the best plays I will like to have

I think Greymouth’s future is in tourism because we have trains of people from China coming on the kiwi rail to greymouth every day and Shantytown is getting about 10,000 people a year. That is a lot of people if you ask me. In greymouth we only have ten thousand people and we are looking for jobs because we have to get enough money to survive.

Greymouth’s future is in tourism because of the kiwi rail.  Christchurch has the other side of the kiwi rail and it is near the international airport so people come from all over the world to come to Greymouth.  We might get 20,000 people a day and if we make a multimillion dollar business. If we get enough money from the tourists we will get more and more people a day and we will get more money a day and we will be able to build more good businesses. We will be able to attract so many people and we might be able to get so many more people. In the future we may get 10,000,000 people a day visiting because we will be popular for some fun activities.

I think that sport is better because it is fun and popular you can learn new thing's and you can get better at you sport that you are playing it is also good to learn and you can earn some trophies and the end of the season you can also have lot's of fun you will not forget you team that you played for.

It will be better every season that you play you will get into higher team's and make more and more progress as you go along You will also get to know your team more and you could make more friend's.

I think that music is worst because people like the music but they do not got to the concert because the ticket's are dear for people only rich people can go to the concert's and sport for little one's are free because you are there parent,s but some sport's that adults do the prices are not higher than music and plus more people will go to sport's because it is popular and people actually get to spend longer at the grounds because it goes for longer.

The music is boring and plus it goes for a very short time and then people paid all that money for only a little show

Swimming sports is when you have to race against the other people who entered the race and get into the activity and then you race.  You try to go your fastest and with most of the races you can touch the wall with one hand and with Breast Stroke with two hands. Then you get a time and if you break the water you get disqualified and you have to go when the blow the hooter goes. Or you also get disqualified from the race that you were trying to get in to Grey district. For the race that you were in and then you go to West coast and then Canterbury. And then you are finished.
